It’s extracting the virtual hard disk (VHD) file for the virtual Windows XP instance. administrators don’t want more installers.
Suggestion to Virtual Windows XP team: Include Windows Virtual PC with the installer, basically making this an all-in-one package. Oddly enough, it’s called “Setup for Virtual Windows XP”, although it’s really the second step of a two-step process.
